ROAMING AW 2017

This collection is inspired by the fusion between textile techniques and real life movement and connections. Weaving, knitting, casalguidi embroidery, all these techniques consist of threads and yarns intertwined in order to create new shapes, completely new materials even. Travelling and living in different countries can bring people and places into the same complex process as creating textiles. This metaphore simply explains how people are always connected and influenced by each other and the places they have been to. Furthermore, there is a relation created between these places as well.
